No Superman
Critics are everywhere. And when you are so good and you are not doing well, these people will definitely punch you straight to the heart. Not with their hands actually but with the keyboards, pens, or whatever they’re using to express their point of views. Lewis Hamilton, probably one of the best drivers after the Schumacher era, has suffered too much from all his critics but still finds his composure in saying that he is not Superman. And he actually said that he is not bothered with his past performances. What concerns him right now is how to perform his job better and better. People just probably expect too much from him that every poor performance he has and every move he makes on the driver’s standings looked at.
Perhaps the reason why critics are so fond of him is that he’s 23 years old and his already had five wins and 14 podium finishes, the only thing that is missing on his accomplishments is the world championship. Achieving the world championship is easier said than done. And even if the car is as fast as the car of the other teams, it still comes down to the driver. In the case of Hamilton, he just has to stay confident about himself and not mind the negative things that his critics are throwing at him.
