Super Aguri Hanging in the Balance

The Turkish GP has not started yet but it has already caused so much stir within the Formula 1 community. Instead of the usual 11 teams racing on every grand prix, on Sunday 10 teams will most likely be racing. The Super Aguri F1 team is still looking for ways to survive the most lavish racing event. Last month, the takeover deal to the Magma Group failed and so the whole team is left in the balance. The team had an 11^th hour deal with the Weigl Group. But Nick Fry said, the chief executive of the Honda F1 team, has announced that the Weigl Group alone is not enough to backup a cutthroat F1 team.

The Super Aguri team began in 2006 with the Takuma Sato and Yuji Ide as the drivers. Ide was then replaced by Anthony Davidson after the FIA Permit Office cancelled his Super License. Every team has problems of their own, but this problem the Super Aguri is facing right now is not what the other teams wish to go through. Though the Turkish GP is just the fifth race of the season, missing it would definitely affect their status. I just hope the team finds a solution for this problem.
